Ledgent-Finance- is seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team during an exciting expansion phase. This role partners with the executive leadership team, delivering critical insights across Treasury, FP&A, and Strategic Finance to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4-8+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or related roles.
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting expertise.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and key metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning systems.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and reporting materials.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Develop financial models to evaluate performance, opportunities, and growth initiatives.
• Analyze monthly results and provide actionable insights to executives.
• Create executive dashboards and KPI analyses for leadership.
• Partner with department leaders to identify drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Support liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization.
• Assist with banking relationships, debt management, and treasury operations.
• Develop tools to improve cash forecasting accuracy and visibility.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives and M&A through detailed financial modeling.
