Job summary

Propelis is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Operations Finance team, reporting to the VP of Finance at the Louisville, KY headquarters. The role emphasizes advanced financial modeling, budgeting, and acquisitions experience, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years in finance, excels at developing insights, and can manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• BA in Finance/Accounting or similar quantitative field; MBA/CPA a plus.
• 4–6+ years of experience in a finance role.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and acquisitions.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• ERP and enterprise planning tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models and reports for leadership.
• Analyze variances, trends, and provide recommendations.
• Own budgeting and forecasting process with global partners.
• Support acquisitions through due diligence, valuation, integration.
• Suggest system/process improvements to enhance finance function.
• Limited travel; 3–4 office visits per year in Louisville, Pittsburgh or Chicago.
