Job summary

WME Group in Beverly Hills seeks a Sr. Financial Analyst to support FP&A across the organization, partnering with Finance leadership to build models, forecast performance, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel modeling skills, business judgment, and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for Finance and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4–7 years of FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Understanding of P&L, cash flow, and key financial metrics.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and communicate conclusions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and planning templates.
• Analyze actual results against budget and forecast to identify drivers and trends.
• Partner with business leaders to develop assumptions and understand performance changes.
• Support scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling for potential outcomes.
• Prepare analyses and materials for senior Finance and leadership.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting, including revenue, gross profit, EBITDA, headcount, and OPEX.
