Job summary

Wipfli LLP is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting. The role focuses on translating results into insights, supporting leadership with cash forecasting and planning, and driving automation across FP&A processes.

The ideal candidate will manage long-range planning, build complex financial models, and collaborate with data teams to standardize metrics and executive-ready narratives in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
• Six+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, financial reporting or related experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and cross-functional planning.
• Experience automating FP&A processes and building dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget and quarterly forecast cycles with variance analysis.
• Prepare financial packages, KPI analysis and performance narratives for leadership.
• Standardize reporting packages and optimize forecasting workflows.
• Own partner compensation planning and long-range planning models.
• Develop financial models for revenue, utilization, expenses and AI spends.
• Collaborate with data team to define key metrics and governance.
• Coordinate monthly management and lender reporting with executive commentary.
