Caliber Collision is seeking a Finance Analyst to provide support in financial planning, analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting within a fast-paced organization; utilize data-driven analysis to support and contribute to evolving financial and operational metrics; be an integral contributor and collaborate across teams to support the annual budgeting process as well as various reporting enhancements and ad hoc projects; produce executive level reporting and presentations to multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of related experience.
• Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Excel-based reporting tools (Hyperion Essbase, SSAS, SSRS).

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
• Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to actual trends, forecast and budget
• Produce clear, well-formatted reports that communicate a compelling message for the stakeholders
• Develop new tools and processes to support the financial planning and analysis team
• Key business resource for all financial/operational data, reporting and analysis
• Work closely with corporate departments on monthly financial analysis and special projects
• Possess an understanding of financial systems and methods to access underlying data
• Know the business and understand the underlying drivers of revenue and expense
• Other duties and ad hoc analyses as required
