Crash Champions is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to partner with accounting and overhead departments, delivering key financial analysis and reporting. You will link financial results to operational drivers and support strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will manage monthly close, prepare reports for executives, and help improve financial tools and processes while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
• Track spend against budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze KPIs and provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support budget processes, month-end close, and forecasting.
