Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to serve as a key financial partner to multiple functions, providing analytical support around overhead costs and capex spend. The role links financial results to operational drivers and supports change initiatives across the business.

The analyst will assist with month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and executive presentations, driving insights and efficiency while maintaining data integrity in financial systems and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, esp. Excel.
• Financial systems experience preferred (Essbase a plus).
• Strong FP&A analytical skills and ability to present data to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis (budget vs. actual).
• Track spend against budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor capex across units and align with budgeted plans.
• Support month-end close and internal reporting.
• Analyze KPIs, identify trends, risks, opportunities, and present insights.
