Tarana Wireless Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive end-to-end FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting. You will partner with R&D, manufacturing, and sales to deliver insightful analyses and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

The role emphasizes building executive-ready presentations, supporting capital decisions, and accelerating reporting via automation in a fast-paced, lean environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in business/finance/economics or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A or analytical/finance roles.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FP&A planning incl. month-end close and annual budgets.
• Deliver recurring financial reports and board materials.
• Create executive-ready analyses and presentations for senior leaders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to link R&D, manufacturing, and sales to forecasts.
• Support ROI and IRR analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Assist with P&L, balance sheet, capex reviews with accounting.
• Analyze revenue, margins, expenses, and cash flow to explain variances.
• Contribute to standardization of reporting and KPI tracking.
• Develop automation to streamline recurring FP&A processes.
• Handle ad hoc analysis and evolving priorities in a lean environment.
