Job summary

Itron, a leader in energy and water resource solutions, seeks a Principal FP&A Analyst to partner with the Networked Solutions PBU. You will lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range plans, delivering insights to senior leadership and guiding strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A, strategic or corporate finance experience.
• Strong Excel modeling and forecasting skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insight.
• Experience with financial reporting for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial guidance with leadership.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly analyses for global consolidations.
• Lead annual budgets, long-range plans, forecasts.
• Improve budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, supply chain impacts, and product investments.
• Develop complex financial models for planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with global functions to align financial plans.
• Serve as trusted advisor to OpEx leaders with forecasting and reporting.
• Deliver performance reporting to drive accountability and insights.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance insights.
