Job summary

Toll Brothers, Fort Washington, PA, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to develop and automate reports, analyze data, and support budgeting and forecasting for corporate and regional teams.

Responsibilities include building dashboards in Board EPM, presenting insights to senior leadership, and ensuring data accuracy across planning applications. In-office 3 days/week with a collaborative finance team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong knowledge of Excel.
• Proficient in EPM tools such as Board, OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle Planning.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar platforms.
• Experience in Oracle EnterpriseOne.
• In-office work 3 days per week; varies by Division/Department.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with senior leadership and translate complex financial results into action.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports in Board EPM.
• Analyze metrics such as ROA, Gross Margin, SG&A, and Operating Margin.
• Present variance analysis, forecasting, and insights to leadership.
• Provide analytical support to improve operations and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate on data integration workflows between systems and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across FP&A systems.
