Briotix Health is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Centennial, Colorado. This role provides advanced financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and decision support across the organization in a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation with hands-on FP&A experience, 5+ years in accounting/FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and profitability analysis. Proximity to the Denver area is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting, FP&A or corporate finance.
• Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Profitability and margin analysis experience.
• Experience with FP&A platforms and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills and large data-set handling.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with independence.

Aufgaben

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Develop forecasts, models, scenarios and sensitivity analyses.
• Analyze actual performance vs budget and forecast.
• Explain variances and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct profitability analyses by client, product and service line.
• Deliver clear financial reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate with Accounting to align results and FP&A reporting.
• Partner with leadership to support strategic initiatives.
