Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Sr. FP&A Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team in Denver/Boulder, CO. This role reports to the VP, Finance and provides critical support for planning, forecasting, and budget processes as the company scales with rising wireless and data center demand.

The successful candidate will build actionable financial models, partner with operations, and drive improvements in reporting, margins, and capital management while collaborating with Treasury and Corporate Development.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or a quantitative field with exposure to Finance & Accounting curriculum.
• 5-7 years of strong experience with financial modeling, data visualization and analytics.
• Experience with key operational and financial accounting concepts and financial statement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis that provides timely and accurate support for monthly financial and operational reporting processes.
• Utilize visualization tools to provide clear messaging and recommendations to operating partners and Executive Leadership team.
• Support and refine annual budget process and recurring forecasting process.
• Provide operational support for Treasury, including cash management and cash forecasting.
• Support capital markets initiatives, including refinancing and debt issuance activities.
• Support the Corporate Development team with merger and acquisition activity, including due diligence support and transaction execution and integration.
• Collaborate with Finance Transformation team to evolve and improve financial reporting processes, visibility and controls.
• Support Accounting and Strategic Transformation teams in identifying and implementing new systems and processes to create back-office efficiencies.
• Partner with operating units to identify and implement performance improvement opportunities that drive margin expansion.
