You will build models, analyze performance, and partner with leaders to drive decisions. Candidates should have a strong accounting foundation and hands-on FP&A experience, with excellent Excel skills and Planful proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 5+ years of accounting/FP&A experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to develop and maintain financial models and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Develop forecasts, financial models, scenarios, and analyses.
• Analyze performance against budget and identify variances and opportunities.
• Prepare clear financial insights for leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with accounting to align results with FP&A reporting.
