Job summary

Cambium Learning Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team, reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A. You will own budgeting, monthly/quarterly re-forecasts, and management reporting, partnering with program and finance teams to deliver accurate, executive-ready financial deliverables.

The role requires advanced financial modeling, strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of FP&A experience.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong financial modeling and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes including annual budgets and monthly/quarterly re-forecasts.
• Prepare executive-ready reporting packages with key drivers and risks.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to assess performance.
• Analyze revenue, costs, and profitability by program or contract.
• Present analyses to senior leadership and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Support long-range planning and strategic financial modeling.
