Job summary

Cambium is building out its Financial Planning & Analysis function, reporting to the CFO. You will define how a $100M+ revenue company plans, forecasts, and measures itself across five sites in the US, UK, and Europe. You will own the operating plan, rolling forecast, KPI framework, and analysis for executives, board, and investors.

This is a build role; you will create the model from scratch, implement tooling, and grow the team over time, with potential for Director level based on experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience; leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the FP&A function including operating plan, quarterly re-forecasts, and rolling forecast across five sites.
