Worley in Houston is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting and reporting while partnering with department managers to drive better business results.

The role requires 7+ years of financial experience, ERP/BI familiarity (GBS Oracle, Hyperion, Oracle EPM), advanced Excel, and strong GAAP knowledge. You will work in a global team in a dynamic energy services environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of financial experience, primarily as a Financial Analyst.
• Familiar with ERP and BI environments; Oracle/GBS experience preferred.
• GAAP expertise and strong Excel skills.
• Public company experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support budget/quarterly forecast processes with data collection and validation.
• Analyze Actuals, Forecasts and Budgets; compare to KPIs and trends.
• Prepare Monthly Flash, Monthly and Quarterly Business Review reports.
• Monitor overhead budgets; provide variance analysis and risks/opportunities.
• Maintain high-quality, accurate presentations and internal controls.
• Act as a finance business partner to operations and regional managers.
