Job summary

Worley is seeking an FP&A Analyst II to join the Americas regional team in Houston. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, cash flow and working capital analysis, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business, or related field.
• Professional accounting/finance designation is preferred.
• 5+ years of FP&A, project finance, financial reporting, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Americas budget and quarterly forecast processes with data collection, system uploads, validation and reconciliation.
• Prepare and analyze monthly flash reporting, MBR and QBR materials, weekly reporting and other recurring deliverables.
• Perform variance analysis across Actuals, Budget, Forecast and prior periods with KPIs and trends.
• Develop concise financial narratives explaining performance drivers, risks, opportunities and forward outcomes.
• Provide dedicated FP&A support for major projects and programs and coordinate planning cycles.
