Job summary

Proven Recruiting, Inc. partners with an oil & gas services company in Houston to hire a Senior FP&A Analyst. The role will own consolidated and BU P&L across regions, reporting to the Director of FP&A with visibility and upward mobility.

You will build and maintain financial models, support budgeting/forecasting, and present dashboards to senior leadership. Requires 3–5 years FP&A, a related degree, and manufacturing/M&A experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, Accounting, or a similar field; Master’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of progressive FP&A experience, with corporate FP&A experience required
• Experience with supply chain, manufacturing, or M&A heavily preferred
• Strong financial modeling skills; Oracle Smartview and Hyperion experience helpful
• Executive-level presence and communication across regions, languages, and cultures

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes across multiple business units
• Own the consolidated P&L and business unit P&L, communicating forecast changes and working directly with the regions
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and 13-week cash flow forecasting
• Partner with operational leaders to understand business drivers and incorporate changes into financial forecasts
• Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and financial packages for senior leadership
