Job summary

Worley is seeking an FP&A Analyst II for the Americas, based in Houston with a hybrid schedule. You will support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting across major projects and programs.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 5 years in FP&A, advanced Excel, and experience with Oracle EPM, Power BI, and ERP systems. You will partner with regional finance teams and translate data into clear insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5 years FP&A or related experience.
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and data visualization experience.

Responsibilities

• Support budget and quarterly forecast processes with data collection and validation.
• Prepare and analyze monthly flash reporting and quarterly reviews.
• Perform variance analysis across Actuals, Budget and Forecast.
• Develop concise financial narratives for leadership.
• Support major projects with reporting and planning cycles.
• Maintain data integrity and reporting standards.
