Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A to support financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision‑making for the Specialty Dispensing business. You will report to the Senior Manager, FP&A and work on AAC client profitability and forecast assumptions.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, supporting the annual plan and quarterly forecasts, preparing variance analyses and executive-ready reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 3 years of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting experience, ideally in a PBM, managed care, or health benefits environment.
• Excellent Excel proficiency and experience with large data sets; SQL or similar data tool experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to explain multi-driver variances clearly.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare executive-ready reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models evaluating client profitability, margin trends, and forecast assumptions for AAC and specialty pharmacy clients.
• Support the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial close processes for the Specialty Dispensing business.
• Prepare financial reporting, variance analyses, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Analyze financial performance and key business drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Develop and maintain models, projections, and reporting tools to support forecasting and decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and ad hoc analyses.
