Job summary

CVS Health in Northbrook, IL is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A to support financial planning for the Specialty Dispensing business. You will analyze client profitability, margins, and forecast assumptions for AAC and specialty pharmacy clients.

You will partner with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives, assist with annual plan, quarterly forecasts and monthly close, and prepare executive-level reporting and variance analyses.

Qualifications

• 3 years of FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting experience
• Experience in PBM/health benefits environment preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for client profitability, margin trends, and forecast assumptions for AAC and specialty pharmacy clients.
• Support the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial close processes for the Specialty Dispensing business.
• Prepare financial reporting, variance analyses, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Analyze financial performance and key business drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends.
• Develop and maintain financial models, projections, and reporting tools to support forecasting and decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives, ad hoc analyses, and process improvements.
