CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A to support financial planning, performance management, and decision-making for the Specialty Dispensing business. You’ll analyze client profitability, forecast assumptions, and lead variance analyses for AAC and specialty pharmacy clients.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, you will develop financial models, support the operating plan, quarterly forecasts and monthly close, and prepare executive-ready presentations.

Qualificações

• 3 years of FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting experience, ideally in a PBM, managed care, or health benefits environment.
• Understanding of pharmacy revenue drivers including volume, price, client mix, and utilization.
• Proficiency in Excel; SQL or similar data tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to explain multi-driver variances clearly.
• Effective written and verbal communication; able to prepare executive-ready reporting.
• Collaborative work style with cross-functional partnering.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain financial models that evaluate client profitability, margin trends, and forecast assumptions for AAC and specialty pharmacy clients.
• Support the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial close processes for the Specialty Dispensing business.
• Prepare financial reporting, variance analyses, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Analyze financial performance and key business drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends.
• Develop and maintain financial models, projections, and reporting tools to support forecasting and decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives, ad hoc analyses, and process improvements.
