Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Analyst on the Medicaid Finance Team to support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of SG&A expenses. You will translate financial data into visuals and presentations for Health Plans, Shared Services, and Medicaid/Finance leadership, reporting to the FP&A Senior Manager.

Ideal candidates are curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative, capable of meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy and clear communication across levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
• 1+ years of experience with Hyperion, Oracle, or another ERP Platform
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Supports in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting of SG&A Expenses.
• Provides transparency on FTE and Vendor spend, and savings initiatives.
• Create variance analysis reports and financial models.
• Presents detailed monthly financial reports to managers.
• Includes measures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Escalates financial issues to management.
• Supports with day-to-day SG&A deliverables and ad-hoc requests
• Documents processes with detailed procedures.
• Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.
