Francisco Partners is seeking a Corporate Finance professional to shape planning, budgeting, and strategic investing for a high-growth SaaS portfolio. You will partner with Technology, Marketing, HR, Legal and present to Directors, VPs, and the Executive Leadership Team to drive clear financial narratives.

The role emphasizes P&L analysis, capital allocation, and M&A due diligence, with a remote-first setup and occasional in-person collaboration near Cleveland.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Background in SaaS and/or private-equity-backed environments.
• Exposure to M&A, capital allocation, or investment analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel; experience with planning tools like Workday/Hyperion.
• Ability to turn numbers into a clear story for senior leaders.
• Ownership mindset and energy for building in a lean, fast-moving team.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide P&L analysis by consolidating data across functions.
• Help set corporate finance goals via budget, rolling forecasts, and 3-year plan.
• Own month-end reporting and produce board/executive packages.
• Guide capital allocation with ROI and investment analysis.
• Support M&A due diligence and integration.
• Use AI tools to speed up analysis and automate recurring work.
