Zusammenfassung

OEC, a high-growth PE-backed SaaS company, is seeking a Corporate Finance professional to partner with Technology, Marketing, and Administrative leaders and present to Directors, VPs, and the Executive Leadership Team.

You will drive enterprise-wide P&L analysis, help set budgets and strategic plans, own month-end reporting, and guide capital allocation with ROI analysis. M&A due diligence and AI-assisted storytelling are part of the role.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Experience in SaaS and/or private-equity-backed environments.
• Exposure to M&A, capital allocation, or investment analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel; experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or Hyperion.
• Ability to turn numbers into a clear story for senior leaders.
• Ownership mindset and energy for a lean, fast-moving team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Own month-end reporting: review results, explain variances, and produce board and executive packages.
• Guide capital allocation with ROI and investment analysis, including capitalized software tracking with Technology and Accounting.
• Support M&A due diligence and acquisition integration.
• Use AI tools like Claude and Copilot to speed up analysis, sharpen financial narratives, and automate recurring work.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of progressive financial analysis experience, such as growing from Analyst to Sr. Analyst. We value the quality of your experience over the number of years.

• Strong financial modeling, advanced Excel, and experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, or similar tools.
• The ability to turn numbers into a clear story for senior leaders.

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
