Job summary

Glia is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to manage the operating plan, drive strategic decisions, and collaborate across GTM, product, and finance in a $1B Series D company backed by Insight Partners.

You will build a driver-based financial model, lead budgeting/forecasting, and deliver executive-level reporting. Candidates should have 2+ years in SaaS FP&A, advanced Excel, and proficiency with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SaaS FP&A experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

• Attention to detail with ability to see the bigger picture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience using financial planning software platforms (e.g., Adaptive Insights, NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the driver-based long-term financial model to shape the operating plan.
• Own company-wide budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare materials for Board meetings and executive reviews detailing financial performance.
