Glia is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to manage the operating plan, support strategic decisions, and work cross-functionally in a fast-growing $1B+ company backed by Insight Partners. You will drive the long-term financial model, budgeting, and quarterly reporting.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in SaaS FP&A or related fields, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tableau.

• 2+ years of SaaS FP&A or related experience (investment banking/consulting also acceptable).
• Strategic and creative problem solver able to roll up sleeves.
• Able to manage fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to see the bigger picture.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau.
• Experience with Adaptive Insights, Pigment or Vena for FP&A.
• Extensive data analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow; modelling test will be given.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the operating plan, supporting strategic decision making, and working cross-functionally on key initiatives that will help shape the future of a $1 billion Series D company backed by Insight Partners.

What You’ll Do

• Annual operating plan : Build and update the company’s driver based long term financial model, leveraging your strong understanding of key financial drivers to form the company’s operating plan in a way that connects objectives and drives accountability across GTM functions to product planning.
• Company-wide budgeting and forecasting : Provide department leaders with ongoing financial insights, analysis, and partnership on decisions to accelerate growth. Additionally, this role would own the management of Glia’s financial planning tool
• Company-wide financial reporting : Help prepare materials and narratives for Board of Director meetings, a polished executive level financial reporting package and internal executive meetings

Requirements

• 2+ years of prior experience in SaaS FP&A (or investment banking / consulting, etc)
• Strategic and creative problem solver ready to roll up their sleeves
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail coupled with an ability to see the bigger picture
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tableau
• Experience using and managing a company’s financial planning software platform like Adaptive Insights, Pigment or Vena
• Extensive experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of data
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow (There will be a modeling test)
