Job summary

Glia is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to manage the operating plan, support strategic decisions, and work cross-functionally in a fast-growing $1B+ company backed by Insight Partners. You will drive the long-term financial model, budgeting, and quarterly reporting.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in SaaS FP&A or related fields, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SaaS FP&A or related experience (investment banking/consulting also acceptable).
• Strategic and creative problem solver able to roll up sleeves.
• Able to manage fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to see the bigger picture.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau.
• Experience with Adaptive Insights, Pigment or Vena for FP&A.
• Extensive data analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow; modelling test will be given.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the driver-based long-term financial model to align objectives across GTM, product planning, and other functions.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting process; partner with department leaders and manage the FP&A tool.
• Prepare materials and narratives for Board meetings and executive reporting.
