Swift Transportation is seeking a finance/analytics professional to analyze profitability through advanced modeling and reporting. You will develop annual plans with senior leadership, identify improvement opportunities, and present action-based recommendations.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, ability to query data from multiple sources, and communication with executives. MBA/CPA is required and 4+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in finance and/or analytics.
• Ability to create advanced interactive financial models.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for executive leadership.
• Ability to query data using Query, VBA, BO, Sequel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze profitability of operations with advanced financial and statistical modeling.
• Develop annual operating plans with executive leadership input.
• Identify opportunities for operational and financial improvements and present findings.
• Create key financial metrics and reports for executives.
• Perform analyses to uncover cause-and-effect relationships and provide recommendations.
• Turn large data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
