Swiftly is seeking a Finance Business Partner to own budget-to-actual reconciliation and expense forecasting across the company — and to build and manage the AI-driven reporting engine Swiftly's executives rely on.

This high-visibility role partners with department leaders and reports to the Sr. Director of Business Operations, shaping forecasting, commissions, and board-ready packets with a focus on accuracy and speed.

Competenze

• 4–6 years of FP&A, strategic finance, or finance business partnering experience.
• Experience owning a budget-to-actual cycle across multiple departments.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your own work and rebuilding manual processes.
• Proven ability to partner with senior, non-finance stakeholders and explain numbers clearly.
