Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA seeks an experienced FP&A professional to lead monthly revenue recognition and margin analysis, deliver critical financial reports, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, G&A, and recruiting teams.

You will build forecasting models, manage annual budgets, and publish Power BI dashboards for executive leadership. This on-site role is based in Greensboro, NC, reporting to the FP&A Manager and CFO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive FP&A experience (budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and reporting).
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Oracle NetSuite experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integral member of monthly revenue recognition and margin analysis.
• Produce quality reports and analysis for key deadlines.
• Weekly reporting and analysis of operational indicators.
