Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our Greensboro, NC team onsite. You will lead monthly revenue recognition, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across multiple business units, partnering with executives to drive actionable insights.

Responsibilities include building forecasting models, maintaining data integrity across ERP and BI tools, and delivering executive level reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience including budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and management reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP/BI tools and data integration is valued.

Responsibilities

• Integral member of monthly revenue recognition and margin analysis across customer, project, and indirect cost levels.
• Produce quality reports and analysis for key deadlines, including weekly operational metrics and monthly P&L review.
• Lead quarterly financial reporting for group consolidation with detailed schedules.
• Build ad hoc analysis and communication for strategic Operations and Finance initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity across ERP and reporting systems to ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, G&A and recruiting to analyze data and drive action.
• Lead the annual budget and monthly reforecasting processes and develop forecasting models/tools.
• Publish Power BI dashboards for monthly reporting and executive reviews.
