Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team in Florida. You will own revenue and commissions forecasting, drive monthly performance reviews, and develop strategic models to support enterprise growth across lines of business.

The role requires strong analytics, business partnership, and experience with ERP/financial systems. Collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams is essential, with opportunities to mentor others and influence

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, MFin or CPA preferred)
5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in insurance/financial services
Experience with Adaptive, Workday, Office Connect, and financial reporting systems
Strong experiences with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, others)
Ability to translate data into strategic, actionable insights

Responsibilities

Enterprise Forecasting: Own forecasting processes for revenue and commissions with stakeholders and leadership
Advanced Reporting & Analysis: Drive monthly financial performance reviews and identify variances/trends
Strategic Modeling: Lead enterprise-level financial modeling and KPI tracking
Line of Business (LoB) Financial analysis: Support LoB-level reporting, variance analyses, budgeting, and long-range planning
Process Innovation: Improve forecasting/reporting/analytics tools for FP&A efficiency
Monitor revenue and commission trends across lines of business and present insights to executives
Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards with commentary on actual vs budget and revisions
Mentor junior team members and collaborate across teams
