Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team in Florida. You will own revenue and commissions forecasting, build driver-based models, and deliver executive-level insights to senior leadership.

The role requires strong Excel, Power BI and Workday experience, plus 5+ years in FP&A within financial services or related industries. Collaboration with cross-functional partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 5+ years FP&A experience in insurance/financial services or related industries.
• Experience with Adaptive, Workday, Office Connect and financial reporting systems is highly preferred.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, Copilot, others) and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Forecasting: Own forecasting for revenue and commissions with stakeholders to align with strategy.
• Advanced Reporting & Analysis: Drive monthly performance reviews, identify variances and trends.
• Strategic Modeling: Lead enterprise-level modeling for growth initiatives and resource allocation.
• Line of Business (LoB) Financial analysis: Support LoB reporting, variance analyses, and budgeting.
• Process Innovation: Improve forecasting, reporting, and analytics tools for FP&A efficiency.
• Present executive-level insights and dashboards with commentary on actual vs. budget.
