Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, or hybrid accounting/finance roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with revenue recognition principles (ASC 606 / IFRS 15).
• Proven track record performing WIP reconciliations and project accounting analysis.
• Advanced expertise in financial analysis, variance analysis, and core financial statements.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the monthly FP&A close, aligning actuals with budget and forecast.
• Analyze P&L performance, identifying variance drivers and trends.
• Lead revenue recognition monitoring in close coordination with Accounting.
• Perform and review WIP reconciliations, ensuring proper revenue/cost matching.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and capital/WIP projections.
• Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and deep dives to support decisions.
• Act as a quality control layer between accounting outputs and FP&A insights.
• Review financial data for integrity across systems and ledgers.
