Job summary

TRUELOGIC seeks a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for a business unit within a broader shared services environment. This role bridges FP&A and Accounting to ensure financial visibility and alignment across revenue, costs, and P&L performance during a transition to centralized services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, or hybrid roles.
• Strong revenue recognition knowledge (ASC 606 / IFRS 15).
• Proven experience with WIP reconciliations and project accounting analysis.
• Advanced financial分析, variance分析, and core statements.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis.
• Experience in a shared services or multi-entity environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage monthly FP&A close, aligning actuals with budget and forecast.
• Analyze P&L performance, identify drivers and trends.
• Lead revenue recognition monitoring in coordination with Accounting.
• Perform and review WIP reconciliations across projects/periods.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning cycles.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses for strategic decisions.
• Quality control between accounting outputs and FP&A insights.
• Review data integrity across systems and ledgers.
• Validate cost allocations, including salaries and operating expenses.
• Support month-end close with accurate accrued/deferred revenue.
• Build and maintain Excel-based financial models and reports.
