Job summary

HireVue Inc. is hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our fast-growing SaaS finance team in a fully remote US role. You will partner with the VP of FP&A and CFO to drive smarter forecasts, performance analysis, and headcount planning.

The role emphasizes owning headcount analytics, dashboards, and driver-based models to inform executive decisions. You’ll collaborate across finance, HR, and business leaders to deliver accurate closes, insightful commentary, and proactive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 1–3 years of progressive FP&A or Accounting experience (SaaS preferred).
• Strong understanding of the expense side of the P&L and financial statements.
• Advanced Excel and modeling skills; comfortable building and improving multi-tab, driver-based models.
• Experience with Adaptive Insights or similar FP&A tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly and quarterly business performance analysis.
• Lead expense-side variance analysis for assigned departments.
• Deliver a crisp, accurate close with Accounting and department leaders.
• Build and enhance expense forecasts for leadership insights.
• Own headcount analytics and forecasting for specific teams.
• Maintain dashboards tracking SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn).
• Provide insights for executive discussions and decks (C‑Suite/Board).
• Support FP&A tooling enhancements (e.g., Adaptive Insights).
• Automate workflows and streamline reporting.
• Lead and support special projects with high-quality execution.
