Job summary

NEOGOV is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the growing FP&A team in the LA area. You will prepare monthly financial statements and KPI reports for executives and the board, conduct variance analyses, and partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing to measure financial impact of initiatives.

You will support month‑end and quarter‑end closes, refine planning processes, and drive data‑driven insights while leveraging tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 3+ years of FP&A, Corporate, or Investment Banking experience.
• Strong Excel skills and understanding of financial statements.
• Exposure to Salesforce, NetSuite and Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly financial statements and KPIs for executives and the board.
• Conduct variance analyses to identify key performance drivers and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to track financial impact of initiatives.
• Support month‑end and quarter‑end close with Accounting to ensure accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and automate reporting workflows.
