Job summary

Flourish Research is hiring a remote FP&A Analyst to support the Finance division. The role focuses on month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the network.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in FP&A, strong Excel modeling skills, and experience with NetSuite and BI tools. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• CPA or CMA preferred; FP&A experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end reporting and P&L analysis.
• Lead annual budgeting for site operations and overhead.
• Forecasting accuracy improvements using NetSuite and BI tools.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for site performance.
• Collaborate with operations to drive financial initiatives.
