Job summary

Kforce is seeking a full-time remote Manager, FP&A for a rapidly growing organization in the Southern California area. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and board reporting.

You will partner with Operations, HR, IT and other leaders to support financial decision-making, build models, and deliver executive-ready presentations. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and P&L analysis.
• Exposure to board reporting and executive-level presentations.
• Advanced Excel and strong presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Partner with Operations, HR, IT, and other business leaders to support financial decision-making.
• Prepare board decks, KPI reporting, executive presentations, and financial analyses.
• Support lender reporting, covenant compliance, and performance tracking.
• Build financial models, scenario analyses, and business forecasts.
• Improve reporting processes and support the growth of the FP&A function.
