LHH is partnering with a life sciences organization to recruit a Senior Finance Manager (FP&A) for Alameda, CA. This leadership role drives forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning to support the company’s shift from R&D focus to commercial growth.

You will collaborate with executive leadership, operations, manufacturing, and supply chain to deliver insights, build financial models, and influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of progressive finance experience, or Master's/MBA with 5+ years
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling expertise
• Experience supporting operations, manufacturing, supply chain, R&D, or commercial organizations
• Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, MedTech, or related manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leadership
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Partner with operational and technical leaders to support strategic initiatives and business objectives
• Develop financial models, management reporting, and variance analyses
• Drive financial discipline and resource planning across multiple departments
• Support monthly close activities and accrual reviews

This position partners closely with executive leadership, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and technical teams to drive forecasting, budgeting, business insights, and financial decision-making.

What You'll Do
