ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A (R&D) to join our finance organization in a highly visible role. You will partner with R&D leadership, turn data into actionable insights, and influence strategic decisions while owning forecasting, planning, and reporting.

Qualificações

• 4-year degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance.
• 3-5 years in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical role preferably at a high growth technology company.
• Experience in financial modeling and strategic business planning, including the creation and execution of robust financial plans.
• Strong FP&A fundamentals (variance analysis, variance storytelling, budgeting, forecasting, headcount management, reporting).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to finance and non-finance audiences.
• AI-forward – you actively use AI tools to work faster and go deeper.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the monthly close process: understand monthly performance, variance commentary, accruals, and raise risks/opportunities to finance and R&D leadership.
• Manage headcount and expense planning: support monthly forecasts and annual operating plan.
• Turn data into decisions: master the P&L to diagnose drivers, shape narratives, and support analyses that move the business forward.
• Be a trusted business partner: provide data-driven recommendations for budget clarity and strategic trade-offs.
• Leverage AI and drive process improvements: identify areas to automate and accelerate the work across the team.
