Qualifications

• Solid track record in financial analysis and FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine forecasting, budgeting, and planning models.
• Turn monthly results into insights for leadership.
• Design Power BI dashboards that are actually used.
• Pull data from NetSuite, Access, and other sources and shape it into meaningful information.
• Run the annual budget cycle and rolling forecasts.
• Serve as a finance partner for department leaders.
• Lead high-visibility strategic projects and ad hoc analyses.
