Castolin Eutectic is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Operations & Business Performance to partner with Operations, Sales, and Leadership. You will translate data into actionable insights, lead budgeting and forecasting, and build financial models driving productivity and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive FP&A, operational finance, business analytics, or related experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, engineered products, project-based, service, or B2B environments.
• Demonstrated ability to connect operational performance metrics with financial results.
• Advanced analytical and modeling skills with the ability to turn large data sets into actionable insights.
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting tools.
• Experience with Power BI, OneStream, SQL desirable.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Operations, Sales, Procurement, and Leadership as strategic finance partner.
• Provide financial and operational insights to support data-driven decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Translate KPIs into financial impact and performance drivers.
• Develop business cases for investments, capital expenditures, productivity initiatives, and opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Support monthly business reviews and performance discussions.
• Analyze KPI trends and drive cross-functional continuous improvement.
