Castolin Eutectic in the United States is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Operations & Business Performance to partner with Operations, Sales, and Leadership teams. You will translate data into actionable insights, support forecasting and performance management, and drive value through cost controls and productivity initiatives.

The role spans FP&A, operational analytics, manufacturing performance, and corporate reporting, with exposure to ERP systems and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive FP&A/operational finance experience in manufacturing, etc.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, engineered products, project-based, service, or B2B environments.
• Strong ability to connect operational metrics with financial results.

Responsabilités

• Act as a strategic finance partner to Operations, Sales, Procurement, and Leadership teams.
• Provide business leaders with meaningful financial and operational insights that support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Translate operational activities and KPIs into financial impact and performance drivers.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses that support strategic and operational decisions.
• Develop business cases for investments, capital expenditures, productivity initiatives, and commercial opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and corporate stakeholders.
• Support monthly business reviews and performance discussions.
• Analyze P&L performance and provide insight into revenue, margins, expenses, and profitability drivers.
• Evaluate product, customer, project, and service-line profitability.
• Prepare monthly financial performance reviews and executive presentations.
• Develop rolling forecasts and financial projections.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital performance.
• Participate in global finance transformation projects and process improvement efforts.
• Support ongoing ERP (Infor LN) and reporting system enhancements.
• Standardize and automate reporting wherever possible.
• Improve reporting processes, controls, and data governance.
• Partner with regional and global finance teams to drive consistency and best practices.
• Support audit and compliance activities while maintaining practical and efficient controls.
• Support month-end close activities, including selected journal entries and account analysis.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Perform cost accounting analysis and monitor manufacturing cost performance.
• Analyze production costs, efficiency trends, labor variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Support inventory valuation and manufacturing performance reporting.
