Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive FP&A, operational finance, or business analytics experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, project profitability, or B2B environments.
• Strong ability to connect operational metrics with financial results.
• Advanced Excel, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with KPI dashboards and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance partner to Operations, Sales, Procurement, and Leadership teams.
• Provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Translate operational activities and KPIs into financial impact.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses for decisions.
• Develop business cases for investments and productivity initiatives.
• Present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Support monthly business reviews and performance discussions.
