Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Central FP&A team and support the One Ops organization. The role focuses on transforming planning processes, building scalable FP&A solutions, and delivering robust P&L and cost forecasts to drive business outcomes.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, develop data-driven insights, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and forecasting for manufacturing networks, translating assumptions into P&L and cost forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop efficient FP&A processes.
• Develop digital FP&A solutions to provide actionable P&L insights and identify cost drivers, margins, risks and opportunities.
• Conduct data analysis and synthesize findings to communicate insights to stakeholders and leadership.
