Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst in Intragroup Accounting Operations to oversee onshore and offshore activities, ensuring accurate recording, reconciliation, settlement, elimination, and reporting of related-party transactions. You will work with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Shared Services to streamline processes and deliver strong governance.

The role requires deep accounting knowledge, analytical rigor, and strong stakeholder collaboration across U.S. entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced Excel with data visualization or automation tools.
• 4+ years in accounting/financial analysis or finance operations.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP and Microsoft apps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for intragroup accounting across entities and ensure compliance with Nestlé standards.
• Ensure accurate accounting, reconciliation, elimination, and reporting of intragroup transactions.
• Lead resolution of aged intragroup balances and reconciliation issues with root-cause analysis.
• Review end-to-end processes to identify standardization, automation, and better controls.
• Lead change management initiatives and new processes, systems, and tools.
