Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Network Consolidation & Management Process to drive end-to-end consolidation of the Network P&L and coordinate the close, budget, and forecast cycles.

You will prepare consolidated reports and executive presentations, resolve cross-segment variances, and support ad-hoc analyses within a collaborative finance team. This full-time role offers eligibility for CVS Health's bonus program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience.
• Experience in financial planning, P&L consolidation, and reporting in PBM/health services environment.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation; experience coordinating multi-team calendars.
• Proficiency in Excel and managing consolidated financial models from multiple data sources.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to prepare executive-ready reports.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and reconcile Network P&L across segments.
• Manage finance calendar for monthly close, budget, and forecast cycles.
• Prepare consolidated reporting packages and executive presentations.
• Identify and resolve consolidation variances; escalate material issues.
