Baseball Lifestyle 101 in Farmingdale, NY is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own forecast updates across Ops & Retail, DTC channels, or Wholesale. You will partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to keep the channel forecast current and aligned with strategy.

This full-time exempt role reports to the Senior Director of Finance, with end-to-end P&L ownership at the channel level. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in FP&A or related fields, strong Excel modeling, and experience with

Qualifications

• 3+ years FP&A, financial analysis, or related field.
• Experience with consumer products or multi-channel retail a plus.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Ops/Retail/Marketing/Content.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain channel-level forecast based on latest input.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather assumptions, spend plans, timing.
• Maintain data sources (NetSuite, sales systems) supporting forecasts.
• Flag discrepancies between assumptions and actuals.
• Build and maintain channel KPI scorecards and reporting.
• Analyze forecast variances to identify drivers, risks, opportunities.
• Roll up channel updates into the company operating model.
• Track channel economics (ROI, sell-through, inventory timing).
• Support ad hoc analyses for leadership and ownership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
